In every other house husbands are now harassed by money hunger wife. Women nowadays marry rich and only son to extort money and improve her and her family bank balances by putting wrong and false allegations on husband and his family. Why not Indian laws changes on these false allegations. Old parents or unmarried sister in laws are harassed unnecessarily by the daughter in laws who initially pretend to be sweet try to take all information of the house where what is lying how much hold is there and of whom and then smartly start playing games. If their hold works it is a blessing in disguise else. the plans starts by separating or creating misunderstanding between the husband and family members and if by chance the husband do not get controlled by the wife then the second plan of action works of being a tortured wife by her husband and his family.
We need laws which can also work equally for both men and women. Women are given equal rights now in all sphere of life. then why in the law of court we are still adopting the old laws which was created to benefit women when they cannot raise their voice against men. The laws & Act are as old as 1869 - "Indian Divorce Act" & "Hindu Marriage Act" - 1955.
We are in 21 Century, where women are given equal rights when it comes to studies/jobs/ equal rights in all the respect then why not in the eyes of law. In todays world boys and girls are treated equally by their parents in all respectable/middle class families then why this ill-treatment.
This message is written by a WOMEN. - Every other house is being tortured by wives with false allegation and ways to extort money. I have lost a very dear person in family as he does not want to see his old parents reputation getting messed up in the society and also by many friends relatives going with the same story.
